What is your cancellation and return policy?

Each pet print product is 100% custom and made-to-order. As such, pet print orders cannot be cancelled once placed, nor can we accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your custom pet print items arrive broken or defective, we’ll work with you to remedy the situation quickly, by sending you a brand-new product free of charge that will be sure to put a smile on your face.

How do I care for the product?

Wash by hand. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat. Do not tumble dry.

What size should I order?

We recommend getting the bigger size if you are in-between sizes. This size chart should help give you an idea of which size is best for you:
