What is priority creation? How does it work?
Priority Creation ensures that you receive your artwork proof in just 24-48 hours, whereas standard creation can take up to a week. If you're looking for a quicker turnaround to see your custom pet portrait, selecting Priority Creation moves your order to the top of our queue, so you can review your proof sooner.
How does the digital download work?
The Digital Download option allows you to receive a high-quality digital copy of your hand-illustrated pet portrait via email. Once you’ve approved your portrait, we will email you the digital file, perfect for sharing online, printing, or even setting as your smartphone wallpaper for a personalized touch.
How many pets can a portrait feature?
At this time, we are able to feature up to three pets per Custom Pet Portrait. Our focus is on capturing every intricate detail to create a sentimental piece of art that does justice to each of your pet's unique characteristics.
What types of pets can you illustrate?

Gallery Paper Portraits are made from satin finish, bright white photo paper and radiata pine wood frames in matte black or white that are fitted with shatter proof plexi-glass.
Canvas Prints are made from standard digital print canvas that is scratch and warp resistant and kiln-dried pine wood frames avaliable in matte black and white.
Both options come ready to hang and are designed to resist fading and yellowing.
Can I see my artwork before it is printed?
Yes, Cuddle Clones offers unlimited free previews and the option for unlimited revisions per portrait. After placing your order, keep an eye on your email for a preview of the artwork. You'll have 72 hours from the time you receive the email to request any edits or approve the artwork for printing. If we don't hear back from you within that 72-hour window, the artwork will be automatically approved and sent for printing.
What are the final dimensions when the portraits are framed?
The frames are 1.5 inches in thick.
The final dimensions are 9.5 x 11.5 in (when 8 x 10 in. is framed)
13.5 x 17.5 in (when 12 x 16 in. is framed) and 19.5 x 25.5 in (when 18 x 24 in. is framed).
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Expedited shipping options available for your order will be listed at checkout. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.
