Shipping Policy
Every Cuddle Clones product is handcrafted to order. Your delivery timeline includes two parts: production time (the time it takes our artists to create your custom product) and shipping time (the time it takes your completed order to reach you).
Production Times
Estimated production times vary by product. Current standard production estimates are:
- Plush Cuddle Clones: 8 weeks
- Pajamas & Robes: 4 weeks
- Knit Sweaters, Blankets & Pillows: 3–4 weeks
- Jewelry: 2–3 weeks
- Other Accessories: 2–3 weeks
Shipping time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected. Please refer to each product page for the most up-to-date production estimate.
Example: A standard Plush Cuddle Clone takes approximately 8 weeks to create, plus approximately 1–2 weeks for standard U.S. shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers, including DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order depends on your destination and the product ordered.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates begin once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product, shipping destination, and shipping method selected. Your shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout.
Packaging
Orders are shipped in eco-friendly, multi-layered protective packaging featuring the Cuddle Clones logo.
Cuddle Crates are shipped using FedEx, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided as the shipping address, our Customer Care Team will contact you to request an alternative physical address before your order can be shipped.
Multiple-Item Orders
Products within the same order may ship separately. Many of our products are handcrafted using different production processes and timelines, so each item ships as soon as it is completed. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
International Shipping
We proudly ship many of our products worldwide, including Plush Cuddle Clones, Therapeutic Clones, Huggable Clones, Golf Club Headcovers, Plush Slippers, Plush Bobbleheads, Plush Magnets, Pajamas, and Robes.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees. While we do our best to estimate these costs during checkout, additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout for eligible products, including many international destinations. Available options vary by destination and product.
Expedited Shipping speeds up the delivery of your completed order after it has been created. It does not shorten production time.
Rush Creation
Rush Creation prioritizes your order in our creation queue, allowing your custom item to be completed faster than our standard production timeline. For Plush Cuddle Clones, Rush Creation options may include 2-week, 4-week, and 6-week creation. Availability may vary depending on the season and current production capacity.
Rush Creation can be selected during checkout and, in many cases, may be added within three days of placing your order by contacting our Customer Care Team.
Rush Creation speeds up the creation of your item only; shipping time is separate and depends on the shipping method selected. Rush Creation and Expedited Shipping can be purchased separately or together for the fastest possible delivery.
If your order qualifies for a refund under our 100% Money Back Guarantee, any Rush Creation fee you purchased will also be refunded.
Holiday & Special Occasion Orders
We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during busy holiday seasons. If you're ordering close to a special occasion, Rush Creation and/or Expedited Shipping may help your order arrive sooner. Because every item is handcrafted, we recommend allowing extra time whenever possible.
