Can we match as a family?
Yes—choose a shared background across available adult, kids’, and dog styles. Select each person’s size and personalize each item separately. Check that your preferred background is available on every style before ordering.
Are these pajamas unisex?
Our core adult and kids’ pajama styles are unisex. Look for the Unisex label on each product card; women’s bamboo styles are labeled separately. Check the size chart for your chosen style before ordering.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes! Add up to 3 pet faces to eligible pajamas, using a separate photo for each pet. The 3-pet option does not apply to bamboo pajamas, lounge shorts, or Warner Bros. (WB) products. Prices shown include one pet; additional pet charges appear when you personalize.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with your pet’s face easy to see. Avoid heavy filters and shadows. Our team handles cropping and will contact you if a different image is needed.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on your chosen product’s page before ordering. For adult and kids’ pajamas, size up if you fall between sizes. Dog pajamas have their own size chart—check your dog’s measurements against it.
Can personalized pajamas be returned?
