Don’t worry! We won’t create the custom pet photo pajamas from an image that isn’t up to our standards! We want you to have the best-looking product possible. We’ll contact you asking for another image if we cannot use the one you originally submitted with your order.

Please know that due to the custom nature of our custom pet photo print products, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds on pet prints. However, if your custom pet print items arrive broken or defective, we’ll work with you to remedy the situation quickly, by sending you a brand-new product free of charge that will be sure to put a smile on your face.
