Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

A tracking number is generated as soon as an item is prepared to ship. After the tracking number is generated, your order will be transferred to our distribution facility in Ohio. This transfer can take several business days. Once it arrives in Ohio, it is handed off to the carrier, and will begin receiving updates. If your tracking number remains on “pre-shipment” for more than 14 days, please email us at info@cuddleclones.com  for further assistance.

Why are my items shipping separately?

Each product type has a different manufacturing process and time frame. We want to get your items home to you as soon as possible, and therefore your order will often have multiple shipments as soon as each production is completed!

My tracking link says delivered, but I don’t have it!
