What Happens After Production?
Once your custom item is completed, it is first shipped to our headquarters in Akron, Ohio for inspection. After it has been reviewed, we hand it off to the appropriate courier for final delivery to you.
📍 Please note: Tracking information may not update immediately while your order is being transported from our production facility to our headquarters. Once the order is handed over to the final delivery carrier, tracking updates will become available.
