Our talented artists will work with any photo you have, so there’s no reason to worry if your photo wasn’t taken with a professional camera or the latest smartphone. But if you want to get technical the highest quality Pet Prints will come from an image that is at least 3MB in size.

Don’t worry! We won’t create art from an image that isn’t up to our standards! We want you to have the best-looking product possible. We’ll contact you asking for another image if we cannot use the one you originally submitted with your order.

We can’t accept returns or issue refunds on face masks. However, if your mask arrives broken or defective, we’ll work with you to remedy the situation quickly, by sending you a brand-new product free of charge.
