Giveaway periods

The Giveaway consists of two separate entry periods:

• Period 1: Begins August 14, 2026 ET and ends September 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
• Period 2: Begins September 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

How to enter

During the applicable Giveaway Period, submit the entry form on this page with a valid email address to receive one (1) entry (a “Base Entry”).

Bonus Entries. Entrants who, at the time of entry, also provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Sponsor will receive five (5) additional entries (“Bonus Entries”), for a maximum of six (6) total entries per person during each Giveaway Period. Providing a mobile phone number and opting in to text messages is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Entrants may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; opting out after entry will not forfeit Bonus Entries already earned for that Giveaway Period.

Entry limits. Limit one (1) Base Entry per person, per email address, and per household, and a maximum of five (5) Bonus Entries per person and per mobile phone number, during each Giveaway Period. A mobile phone number may not be used to claim Bonus Entries more than once per Giveaway Period or by more than one entrant. Entries from Period 1 do not carry forward to Period 2. A person may enter once during each Giveaway Period, but the Period 1 winner is not eligible to win the Period 2 prize.

Entries generated by script, bot, macro, automated device, or other unauthorized means are void. Use of multiple email addresses, mobile phone numbers, or identities to obtain more than the permitted number of entries is prohibited and will render all such entries void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, submit false information, or otherwise interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway.

Marketing communications

Entrants will receive promotional email from Sponsor at the email address submitted with the entry. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Choosing not to receive future promotional email, or unsubscribing after entry, will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

Entrants who opt in to text messages as described in Section 5 will receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Sponsor at the mobile phone number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entry or of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Unsubscribing from text messages after entry will not affect an entrant’s eligibility, chances of winning, or Bonus Entries already earned for that Giveaway Period.

Prize; approximate retail value

One (1) prize will be awarded for each Giveaway Period, for a total of two (2) prizes.

Each prize consists of: (a) up to three (3) Cuddle Clones, each in the winner’s choice of available style (Original Plush, Huggable, or Therapeutic), each handcrafted from photographs supplied by the winner, with every available add-on compatible with the chosen style included on each clone (combined retail value up to $1,888); and (b) a Cuddle Clones gift card in the amount of the difference between the retail value of the clones and add-ons the winner redeems and $1,999, such that the total prize value equals $1,999. Clones may depict different pets, living or memorial, and may be given as gifts.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each giveaway prize: $1,999.

The gift card is subject to Sponsor’s standard gift card terms and conditions, is redeemable only at cuddleclones.com, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s inability to use or redeem any portion of the prize.

Sponsor will ship prize to winner's eligible US address (excluding Rhode Island).

All federal, state, and local taxes, and all expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize description, are solely the winner’s responsibility.

Winner selection and odds

One (1) potential winner for each Giveaway Period will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that applicable Giveaway Period.

The Period 1 drawing will occur on or about September 15, 2026. The Period 2 drawing will occur on or about October 15, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period.

Winner notification and verification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address used to enter. A potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within five (5) business days and confirm that they meet the Giveaway’s age and state-of-residency eligibility requirements.

Sponsor may publicly identify each verified winner by first name and last initial solely to confirm that the applicable prize was awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, fails to confirm eligibility, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor will work to select alternate winners from the remaining eligible entries.

Technical limitations and administration

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or otherwise ineligible entries; interrupted or unavailable network, server, internet, or website access; technical or human error; or damage to an entrant’s device arising from participation in the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or another factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated, Sponsor may select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event requiring such action.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Giveaway are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If the Giveaway is promoted through social media, the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social-media platform.
