Everything was going great they tell you the process as it goes, the artists were amazing I couldn’t believe they fixed her just how she looked it was great, I did have some issues, shipping, on the 5th told me a shipping label had been made and she was going out soon, on the 12th I txt back still not moving, on the 19 I called USPS and they told me they hadn’t even received the package yet, which I was in panic mode, they promised before Christmas, finally after that day it started to move by a Christmas miracle we got it and was so thankful just watch for shipping it did take forever but it’s ok Clara was able to get her gift and she loved it
