We had seen this ad before and didn’t think much of it but after we lost our little precious fur baby my wife and I decided to have one made! So we bought the clone and even bought the rush shipping so we could hopefully get it before Christmas. Unfortunately, we did not but Cuddle Clone made things right. We did contact them about why it hasn’t updated and they assured us that they would look into it and give us an answer. They did just that and refunded our money we paid for the rush order because it wasn’t going to make it before Christmas as advertised without us asking. We ordered on 11/29/25 and we received it finally on 12/29/25 so it wasn’t that far off but all that to say this: we absolutely loved our custom cuddle clone of our sweet Abigail! They did such a wonderful job on her. They got a lot of the details pretty spot on! It wasn’t 100% perfect but nonetheless they did a fantastic job on her! We have no complaints! Of the pictures I’m posting, ironically, the hoodie I’m wearing holding the cuddle clone is the same hoodie I was wearing the last day I got to hold Abigail! We lost our Hazel Nov15, on the 16th I ordered the cuddle clone of Hazel. Everything was going great they tell you the process as it goes, the artists were amazing I couldn’t believe they fixed her just how she looked it was great, I did have some issues, shipping, on the 5th told me a shipping label had been made and she was going out soon, on the 12th I txt back still not moving, on the 19 I called USPS and they told me they hadn’t even received the package yet, which I was in panic mode, they promised before Christmas, finally after that day it started to move by a Christmas miracle we got it and was so thankful just watch for shipping it did take forever but it’s ok Clara was able to get her gift and she loved it
