It’s designed to be placed inside your Cuddle Clone’s hidden zipper pouch, creating a comforting, lifelike presence—especially meaningful for those who are grieving or looking for an extra layer of connection.

How to activate your Heartbeat Box:
- Open the zipper pouch on your plush clone.
- Carefully remove the Heartbeat Box from inside.
- Pull out the small plastic safety tab — this activates the battery connection.
- Place the box back inside the pouch, then press on the area marked with a heart to feel the gentle heartbeat!

How to locate it:
The Heartbeat Box is always located in the chest area of the plush. It is accessed through the zipper pouch on the belly, but it is not intended to remain inside the pouch itself.

🫁 Breathing Box
The Breathing Box is a special mechanical feature that brings your Cuddle Clone to life in an extra heartwarming way. 💜
When activated, it gently moves to simulate the rhythmic rise and fall of breathing, creating a soothing, lifelike effect. Just press the small button on your Clone’s paw to turn it on or off.
🧸 A beautiful option for those looking for an added sense of presence and comfort—especially for memorial pieces.
🔧 Important Notes:
- To add this item, you must also add the Zipper Pouch.
- The Breathing Box is placed inside the plush via the hidden zipper pouch
- It cannot be combined with the Plush Weight add-on, as both require the same internal space
How to activate the breathing box:
- Open the zipper pouch on your plush clone.
- Locate the small box battery inside the pouch.
- Make sure the box is turned on by sliding the little button to the side labeled “ON.”
- Place the box battery back inside the zipper pouch.
- Press gently on the base of the tail area to activate the breathing function and feel the gentle rise and fall!
Note: The breathing box does not turn off automatically — you need to press the button on the tail again to switch it off.

Choosing the weighted option adds a comforting sense of realism to your Cuddle Clone. The total weight typically ranges from 0.5 to 2 lbs, depending on the size and breed of your pet.
We do our best to match the natural feel and balance of your pet, while making sure your plush remains safe, soft, and snuggly to hold.

You can choose between black or pink paw pads to best match your pet's paws.

The Calming Scents are an optional add-on that infuses your Cuddle Clone with a subtle, soothing fragrance. You can choose between lavender or chamomile, both carefully blended into the plush to provide a gentle, calming aroma.
The scent is designed to be light and comforting, enhancing the cuddling experience without being overpowering.
📸 Sneak Preview
The Sneak Preview is an optional add-on that lets you see your finished Cuddle Clone before it ships. We'll send you clear photos of your plush so you can review it and either approve it for shipping or request adjustments if something doesn't look quite right.
Our goal is to create a keepsake that truly captures your pet, and the Sneak Preview gives you the opportunity to provide feedback before your Cuddle Clone is on its way to you.
📦 Cuddle Crate
The Cuddle Crate is an optional add-on designed to help protect your Cuddle Clone during shipping. This custom-fit shipping box helps keep your plush secure and in pristine condition while it's on its way to you.
We custom-pick the crate size that best fits your plush to keep it cozy and secure:
- Small – 16 x 12 x 6 inches (most common size)
- Medium – 24 x 11 x 11 inches
- Large – 26 x 15 x 10.5 inches
If your order includes larger plushes or additional accessories, we’ll make sure it ships in the right-sized crate
Please note that the Cuddle Crate is currently available for shipping addresses within the contiguous U.S. only.
PO Boxes: Cuddle Crates ship via FedEx, which unfortunately can’t deliver to PO boxes.
If you provided a PO box at checkout, don’t worry—we’ll reach out to request a physical address before shipping so your plush doesn’t get delayed.
