To ensure the highest quality custom mug, we recommend submitting photos that are taken in natural daylight (without flash) and at your pet’s eye level.

Each custom pet mug can feature the face of two pets. One on the front of the mug and one of the backside of the mug.
Due to the custom nature of these printed products, refunds and alterations are not available for these products.
