Our talented artists hand illustrate each pet portrait with love and precision. You’ll get a sneak peek via text and email. Once you have received the email you’ll have 72 hours to approve your art. Don’t love it? No worries! We offer one free revision to make it just right.

Our sweaters are crafted from a snuggle worthy blend of 55% cotton and 45% polyester. It’s the perfect mix for both comfort and durability.
How Many Pet Faces Can I Feature on a Single Sweater?

What are the Knit Colors of Each Pet Image?
Each sweater design accommodates up to four distinct colors, including the base color of the garment itself. Our artists will utilize a maximum of three different hues to bring your pet’s portrait to life. While we aim for detailed accuracy, some unique features may be simplified due to color constraints. Rest assured, you’ll get an artwork preview for approval and input before the knitting process begins.
What Type of Photos Should I Submit for the Best Outcome?
We carefully review each photo as orders come in. If we find any issues with the submitted images, we’ll contact you via email to request additional pictures of your pet. To ensure the highest quality portrait, we recommend submitting photos that are taken in natural daylight (without flash) and at your pet’s eye level.
Can I See my Artwork Before it is Created into a Knit Sweater?
Yes, Cuddle Clones offers a free preview and the option for revision. After placing your order, keep an eye on your email for a preview of the artwork. You’ll have 72 hours from the time you receive the email to request any edits or approve the artwork for printing. If we don’t hear back from you within that 72 hour window, the artwork will be automatically approved and sent to printing.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping Options?
Expedited shipping options available for your order will be listed at checkout. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.
