Each button down features one pet. If you’ve got more than one, order one shirt per pet — they photograph well side by side.
Creation takes roughly 2 weeks, or about 1 week with rush creation, and then shipping time is added on top depending on whether you choose standard or expedited at checkout.

Yes. If you can give us a clear photo of your pet’s face, we can work with it — dog, cat, bird, even a lizard. Note that because every shirt is made to order, some colours may vary slightly.
Wash it cold and inside out, tumble dry on low, and keep the iron off the printed areas. Do that and the print stays sharp season after season.
Our Picture Guide covers quality, lighting, framing and focus in detail. These are preferences, not requirements — we will absolutely work with whatever photos you have, especially if your pet has passed away.
Occasionally our team can’t use the photo provided. If that happens, visit the “Requests” page in your account to see what’s needed to move forward.
Every custom pet product goes through a QA process that starts with your photo. If we’re concerned the result won’t be what you want, we’ll reach out by email and text up to three times before cancelling and sending you a gift card to restart whenever you’re ready.
Yes. Delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by customs, so order early if it’s a gift.
