Returns & Refunds

100% Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible products: All Plush products (including Plush Cuddle Clones, Therapeutic Clones, and Huggable Clones), Golf Headcovers, Slippers, Magnets, Custom Bobbleheads, and Jewelry.

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

Plush Alterations

We're committed to capturing your pet's unique personality. If something doesn't quite match your expectations, our team will work with you to make the adjustments needed to better capture your pet's unique features and personality.

We offer complimentary alteration previews for your approval before your altered Plush Cuddle Clone is shipped back to you, helping ensure the best possible result.

Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your eligible product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Choosing to have your Plush Cuddle Clone altered does not affect your eligibility for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee.

To request an alteration or initiate a refund, simply contact our Customer Care Team at info@cuddleclones.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

 


 

Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for refunds under our Money Back Guarantee:

  • Mugs

  • Blankets

  • Socks

  • Pajamas

  • Pillows

  • Portraits

  • Knit Sweaters

  • Tumblers

  • All Apparel

  • Accessories

  • Wrapping Paper

  • Gift Cards

If one of these products is lost, arrives damaged, or has a quality issue unrelated to the image or customization provided, we will replace or remake it at no additional cost.

For international orders, shipping charges, duties, taxes, are non-refundable.

 


 

Return Shipping

If your item needs to be returned, we'll guide you through the process. In most cases, there's no need to send the item back.

 


 

Exchanges

If your product is incorrect or arrives damaged, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

An incorrect product includes:

  • An item that arrived broken or damaged.

  • A product that does not match your selected customization options (for example, selecting a sitting pose but receiving a standing pose).

  • Errors resulting from our mistake (such as an incorrect sewn-in name).

  • Manufacturing defects (such as split seams).

 


 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo to info@cuddleclones.com, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Tracking: Tracking is provided for all orders. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us.

Marked as delivered but not received: Please allow up to 10 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered, as packages occasionally arrive shortly afterward. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us for assistance.

Note: For packages marked as delivered, we offer a one-time courtesy replacement after receiving a missing package claim number from the shipping carrier. Refunds are not available for packages marked as delivered.

 


 

Delivery

Shipping carriers may contact you directly using the phone number provided with your order. Carriers typically attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.

If an order is returned to us due to a delivery issue, the order will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other non-refundable fees will not be refunded.

 


 

Additional Information

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable. If an eligible purchase was paid in whole or in part with a Gift Card, the refunded amount paid by Gift Card will be returned to the Gift Card.

Duties & International Fees

Cuddle Clones is not responsible for duties or import fees charged by customs authorities or shipping carriers. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and rush fees are non-refundable.

Coupons & Discounts

Coupons and promotional discounts must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.

Free Gifts

If your order included a free gift, it must be returned to receive a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Order Cancellation
