The processing and creation time for your custom hoodie is approximately 21 days. After that, they will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout (Shipping times will vary based on if you select standard or expedited shipping).
Yes! As long as you can provide a clear face photo of your pet, we can create a custom hoodie featuring them. Whether it's a dog, cat, bird, or even a lizard, we've got you covered. Note: Due to the custom nature of this product, some colors may vary.
Our hoodies are made with a soft fabric blend (95% polyester/5% polyurethane) that ensures a comfortable fit while also showcasing your pet's face in the best quality.
To ensure the longevity of the print and the fabric, it's recommended to wash the hoodie in cold water, inside out, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the embroidered area.

All of our custom pet products go through a careful QA process beginning with the pictures of your pet provided. If for any reason we are concerned that your pictures will not give you the exact product that you want we will reach out via email and text message, 3 times, before cancelling your order and supplying you with a gift card to re-start the order when you are ready.
