Here's what you can expect:
- Contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Share your feedback, along with photos of your Cuddle Clone and your pet, so our artists understand the changes you'd like to see.
- Send your item to our headquarters so our artists can begin the alteration.
- Our artists carefully complete the requested refinements using your feedback and reference photos.
- Review your alteration preview. Before we ship your updated item, we'll email you photos of the completed alteration for your approval.
- Approve your updated Cuddle Clone. Once you approve the preview, we'll ship your altered item back to you.
Our goal is to make the process as smooth and collaborative as possible while ensuring your Cuddle Clone captures your pet as accurately as possible.
