How to place an order

Plush Items:#

1. Visit cuddleclones.com, click 'Custom Plush Clone' > 'Start Customizing' and select your item.
2. Enter your pet's information (pet's name and age), Your information (email) and Select Pet Type: Dog, Cat, Horse, or Other. (Please select the pet type first so the breed option becomes accessible.)
3. Pet detail: Upload 3+ clear photos, and add notes about unique traits (optional).
4. Select eye, ear, mouth, body, and tail positions. 

For the cat's tail: Select “Yes” if your cat has a tail and add a note on positioning (e.g., wrapped around the body) or "No" if your cat has no tail.

1. Creation Time: Standard (8 weeks) or add rush (extra fee) and optional upgrades (sneak preview, zipper pouch, heartbeat box, weighted insert, silicone paw pads, calming scents, custom bandana, cuddle crate).
2. Add to Cart: Complete contact, delivery, shipping, and payment details, and confirm the order.

1. Visit Our Website: 

   Go to CuddleClones.com and click on the product you’d like to order.

   Depending on the product type, you'll be asked to choose from available options, such as:

• Background

• Number of Pets
• Artwork Options

• Choose a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet’s face from the front.
• If you're including multiple pets, make sure to upload one great photo per pet.

• Some items offer an optional Rush Service to speed up production.
• If timing is important, be sure to select this before adding to your cart.

1. Add to Cart & Checkout:

• Click “Add to Cart” once everything is set.
• Then proceed to checkout by filling in:
• Your contact details
• Shipping address
• Payment information
• Review your order and hit confirm.
