The processing and creation time for your custom pet pajamas is approximately 2 weeks without rush creation (1 week with rush creation). After that, they will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout (Shipping times will vary based on if you select standard or expedited shipping).
Yes! As long as you can provide a clear face photo of your pet, we can create pajamas featuring them. Whether it's a dog, cat, bird, or even a lizard, we've got you covered. Note: Due to the custom nature of this product, some colors may vary.
Our pajamas are made with a stretchy and buttery soft fabric 90% polyester and 10% acrylic.
To ensure the longevity of the print and the fabric, it's recommended to wash the pajamas in cold water, inside out, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the printed area.

These are merely guidelines of what we'd prefer but we will absolutely work with whatever pictures you have if your pet has passed away. Occasionally, our designers will be unable to use the photos you provide to complete your order.

All of our custom pet products go through a careful QA process beginning with the pictures of your pet provided. If for any reason we are concerned that your pictures will not give you the exact product that you want we will reach out via email and text message, 3 times, before cancelling your order and supplying you with a gift card to re-start the order when you are ready.
Expedited shipping options available for your order will be listed at checkout. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.
