Over the past several weeks we’ve seen an increase in the number of phone calls and chat messages regarding USPS and getting packages delivered in a timely manner. We understand how frustrating this can be, so we wanted to take a moment to address it and let you know we’re doing everything we can to get orders delivered on time. On our end, the time it takes to produce and ship an order has not changed.
Unfortunately, once we hand the package to USPS the time it takes to be delivered is completely out of our control. USPS is undergoing some challenges with aggressive changes to its workflow, rules and regulations due to COVID-19, and employees. Due to the nature of these challenges, delays are expected.
At this time, there is no way to tell which customer’s order will be delayed. We can only apologize for the delays and make sure this information is fully available. If you have received a tracking number from us, your order was packaged, labeled and given to USPS. We have seen a large delay in the post office scanning in the package and have also seen tracking not become active until after the package has been delivered.
Please contact the USPS if you have any questions about the tracking information provided. You can contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). If there is no update to your tracking number 2 weeks after the last update, we are more than happy to offer you a refund or replacement. Please reach out to us then if you have still not received your product.
With that being said, we are asking for your forgiveness and patience as this is a difficult time for you as the customer, Cuddle Clones as a company, and USPS. We understand this is a bit confusing and frustrating. We hope you are accepting of this note and apology.
