I ordered the canvas picture and submitted my favorite picture of my 14 year old fur baby. Customer service contacted me to let me know the picture I sent would not have looked great and requested another. After sending 5 more pictures, I was told it was a go and they asked my approval for the product prior to finalizing it. I appreciate the extra time the designer and customer service took to get the best photo of my girl so the product would be 100% satisfactory. It was so worth the wait. I will be ordering other items in the near future. I highly recommend cuddle clones!
I really couldn't afford an actual cuddle clone stuffed plush so I ordered this and I'm really happy with the way it turned out.
