Cuddle Clones gift cards are available by clicking here in increments from $25 to $300, and allow your pet lover to celebrate their pet in their own unique style! Cuddle Clones gift cards are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase.

You can enter a coupon code on the cart page and a gift card number on the checkout page. Only one coupon can be applied per order, however, any number of gift cards can be used to pay for an order.

Yes! Our website is set up for international ordering, and international customers can pay with either a credit card or PayPal. Please note that you might be required by your country of origin to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order and that Cuddle Clones is not responsible for these fees as they are imposed by your country’s government.

• Visit our Picture Guide for a detailed explanation of what we suggest for pictures, including quality, lighting, framing and focus. These are merely guidelines of what we’d prefer but we will absolutely work with whatever pictures you have if your pet has passed away. Occasionally, our designers will be unable to use the photos you provide to complete your order. In this case, please visit the "Requests" page in your account to see what our designers need to proceed with your order!
• All of our custom pet products go through a careful QA process beginning with the pictures of your pet provided. If for any reason we are concerned that your pictures will not give you the exact product that you want we will reach out via email and text message, 3 times, before cancelling your order and supplying you with a gift card to re-start the order when you are ready

We sure do! The international shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You will be able to pay with either a credit card or PayPal account. Please note that you might be required by your country of origin to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order and that Cuddle Clones is not responsible for these fees as they are imposed by your country’s government.

Expedited shipping options available for your order will be listed at checkout. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.

We utilize all major carriers to deliver your custom creation quickly and reliably, including DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, USPS and FedEx. Once your order has shipped, a tracking link for the carrier delivering your order will be provided.

The cost of shipping varies based on product and destination and will be calculated at checkout.

We ship in eco-friendly multi-layered bags. The bags are white and gray with a Cuddle Clones logo.

Each product has different manufacturing processes and time frames. We want to get your items home to you as soon as possible, and therefore your order will often have multiple shipments as soon as each product is completed!

• Rush prioritizes the manufacturing of your order to ensure it is created within the given timeframe selected. We have the following three options for rush service:
• 2 week creation 
• 4 week creation
• 6 week creation
• You can choose the rush option in your shopping cart. 
• Rush options can also be added after placing your order within three days of placing the order. 
• Rush options are sometimes turned off during peak order seasons. 
• Rush fees are always non-refundable. 
• Rush services only apply to the creation process. Expedited shipping options are available in addition to Rush Service.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated based on product dimensions and shipping destination. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.

• International customers can purchase Expedited Delivery at checkout. Expedited delivery options are available for 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks. 
• In each expedited option, shipping time is approximately one week of this calculation, and the remaining time is for expedited creation.
• These services are non-refundable.

If your Cuddle Clone doesn’t quite capture their unique charm, we offer a free alteration to perfect every detail! Simply contact our dedicated Customer team at info@cuddleclones.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide photos of your Clone and your beloved pet for comparison, and we will communicate with our team of artists to make any necessary alterations!

It's a breeze! Simply send us photographs and your feedback regarding the received item, specifically highlighting the areas you wish to see altered, to info@cuddleclones.com. Our dedicated team will be at your service! Be sure to include images of your actual pet to support your feedback, as this will provide invaluable guidance to our artists.

The alteration process typically requires approximately 6-8 weeks to complete, starting from the moment we receive the item at our headquarters.

We understand the profound sentimental value your plush item holds for you. That's precisely why we take our time when implementing the requested adjustments. The estimated duration for plush alterations falls within the range of 6-8 weeks.

While internally processing the alteration, we ensure your feedback is presented in a clear and concise format for our artists to follow. Furthermore, your plush item will undergo additional quality assurance steps before it finds its way back to you.

The alteration process is designed specifically for smaller tweaks. Pre-determined order details that were originally selected such as eye color, body position, ear position, tail position and tongue position are not eligible for changes within the alterations process

Opting for a remake empowers you to guide the artistic process, ensuring your pet's likeness is captured as faithfully as possible, using the original item as a starting point for refinement
• Preserve Emotional Significance: A Cuddle Clone carries immense emotional significance, and an alteration guarantees you possess a physical representation that holds that cherished emotional value.
• Personalized Precision: By conveying your preferences for the alteration, you can ensure it's uniquely tailored to match your vision of your pet, adding a personalized touch that makes it truly special.

We accept all major credit cards – American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept PayPal and Shop pay installments.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. This is because of the custom nature of our products.

No, we do not store payment information.

Yes. Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout or to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments.

There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees. You can pay your balance off early without penalty. However, if you make a partial payment or late payment, then future applications to use Shop Pay Installments might be affected.

Your credit scores aren't affected if you use Shop Pay Installments. However, if you don’t pay an installment, or you make a late payment, then your eligibility for making purchases using Shop Pay Installments in the future might be affected.

A Cuddle Clone is a hand made, soft and adorable, one-of-a-kind plush version of your pet!

• Cuddle Clones are made in a standard size range of 4 to 24 inches in length excluding the tail. The actual size you will receive is based on many factors including type of pet, breed, and artistic interpretation. The following chart can help determine what size to anticipate based on pet type.
• Type of Pet Length (inches)

"Small Animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.) 6 – 12"

Dogs 11 – 24"

Cats 11 – 18"

Horses and other large animals 20 – 24

• Exact size is never guaranteed, but you can request a specific size within this range in the characteristic or notes fields when placing your order.

Cuddle Clones are handmade using plush materials. We choose from literally thousands of synthetic fabrics to find the best match for your pet. The most common plush materials we use are polyester and acrylic. We also utilize water-based airbrushing techniques to get certain color effects. All materials and parts used to make Cuddle Clones are upheld to the strictest safety measures.

The best way to care for your Cuddle Clone is to keep it dry and clean. Cuddle Clones are colored using water-based airbrushing so excess moisture should be avoided as it could potentially cause fading. This doesn’t mean you can’t hug your Cuddle Clone multiple times a day, every day! It just means you shouldn’t submerge it in water. If you do need to clean your Cuddle Clone, never attempt to wash it. Cuddle Clones should be dry cleaned only.

Each photo submitted is carefully reviewed to notice every detail of your pet. These details are artistically transferred onto your very own custom Cuddle Clone that captures the characteristics and likeness of your pet

When creating your clone, you can select sitting, standing or lying down as a position.

Almost everything! Depending on your pet, you get to choose the following options; body position, mouth position, ear positions, eye colors, and tail position.

Absolutely! If your pets species is not listed, please select ‘other’. If your pet's breed is not listed, please select ‘mixed/other’ and provide any additional information in the characteristics section!

This is not something we can offer. Our products require a specific process to create and materials cannot be substituted.

Creating clothes or other apparel is not something we are able to offer, nor can we guarantee your existing pet’s clothing will fit on your Cuddle Clone.

Unlike the dynamic expressions and unique movements of your living pet, a Cuddle Clone offers a different kind of comfort and memory. We can't replicate the warm nuzzle or the playful bark, but we promise a high-quality, adorable representation that brings a smile to your face.

It sure is! You can add an optional zipper pouch to the order. This special feature is an additional $20. You will be able to select this option as an add-on when placing your plush Cuddle Clone order.

Our golf club covers are made to fit on a standard driver but will work with 3 woods, 5 woods and 7 woods. The smaller the club the looser the cover will fit.

We want you to love your Cuddle Clone, and we are committed to bringing your pet’s personality to life! If your Cuddle Clone doesn’t quite capture their unique charm, we offer a free alteration to perfect every detail! Simply contact our dedicated Customer team at info@cuddleclones.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide photos of your Clone and your beloved pet for comparison, and we will communicate with our team of artists to make any necessary alterations!

If you choose not to take advantage of our alteration option, a full refund, less the cost of rush and shipping fees is available for all Plush products including Plush Cuddle Clones. Golf Headcovers, Slippers, Magnets and Custom Bobbleheads within 30 days of delivery. 

Begin either of these processes by reaching out to our dedicated Customer team before return shipping. After alteration or refund has been initiated with our team, returns should be sent to Cuddle Clones - 115 West Bartges, Suite 401, Akron, Ohio 44311.

Gift cards, shipping and Rush services are also non-refundable.
